The best part of Untitled - Miami Beach, is that it's ON THE BEACH. After taking a lovely stroll down the boardwalk, a giant tent on the beach appears...filled with amazing art, some very solid fish tacos, and a view of the ocean that's so beautiful it looks fake.
The first stop...to see some New York friends. Below is the booth from The Hole - featuring works by Eric Shaw, and Adam Parker Smith.
They also featured in a gorgeous work by Alex Gardner on the outside of the booth (see below).
Overall, the most interesting booth had to go to Albertz Benda from New York.
Benrubi Gallery brought some incredible works by Rachel Lena Esterline (see below).
Connersmith. from D.C. brought works by Wilmer Wilson IV, who was one of the 26 artists at The New Museum's 2018 Triennial, Songs for Sabotage.
Below were some works by stand-out artists Eugenio Ampudia and Celina Portella from Galería Max Estrella's booth and Zipper Galeria's booth (respectively).
Nathalie Karg Gallery had an eye-catching booth with a work by Nick Doyle front and center.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE SMAC Gallery from Capetown.....but since they're so far away I (obviously) never get to see a lot of their artist's works in person, so fairs are the perfect place for us to catch up.
They brought some captivating works by Mexico City artist, Georgina Gratrix (above and below).
Another favorite out-of-NYC gallery of mine is Shulamit Nazarian from L.A. They brought works by Trenton Doyle Hancock and Summer Wheat (below).
